Your ticket benefit can only be redeemed through Ticketpro, not at the stadium box office.

Visit Ticketpro and pick the cricket event that you’re interested in, and on that same page, under Parking/Packages/Programmes, click on the OPSC button and log in with your membership number and ID number (or temp ID where relevant). 

You can then proceed to choose your seats (grandstand or grass) and when you click on checkout, there will be a line item in red at the bottom, showing your discount/comp summary.

Please be careful to not abandon payment (where relevant). Accepted payment methods on Ticketpro: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Instant EFT. Instant EFT requires you to create a profile. 

Make sure that you download a PDF of your tickets.

The physical card is no longer required. When you log into your member account, you can access a digital card which can be presented if requested.

Our improved security requires you to confirm your details and authorise monthly membership payment

Your membership number can be accessed from your profile page. You will need to log in with this membership number on the Ticketpro site in order to access your benefit.

Please contact Ticketpro on info@ticketpros.co.za or 0861-008-277, Monday to Sunday 7am – 7pm and make sure to include your booking reference.

Each user account requires a unique email address

Browse to your profile, change your details and click ‘Save changes’ when done.

We will notify you as tickets become available, but tickets typically become available one week earlier.

The New Balance vouchers are no longer available as a member benefit.
